How a project unfolds

Everything starts with a twenty to thirty minute call, by video or phone. We listen to the business need before discussing technology: who will use the tool, for which task, and what success looks like six months from now. That conversation leads to an itemised quote within 48 working hours. A written specification is not required to start, though a few scoping notes noticeably cut down the back and forth on pricing.

Design comes next. Before the first line of code, we draw the key screens and the navigation logic, so you approve mockups rather than promises. This is the cheapest moment to change your mind: moving a button on a mockup takes minutes, while the same change after development costs a day.

Development then moves in functional batches. You receive a testable build, openable on your own phone or browser, within the first weeks: no tunnel effect, no big reveal on the last day. Depending on the project, the interface runs on React or React Native, the server on Node.js with a PostgreSQL database. Connections to third-party software, such as a payment gateway or a business tool, are quoted separately because each one carries its own rules and failure cases.

Release closes the cycle. We publish the site, or submit the application to the App Store and Play Store, handling listings, screenshots and store review, then we train whoever will manage the content. Maintenance afterwards is not a decorative extra: mobile operating systems change twice a year, and an app left without updates eventually gets removed from the stores.

What every project includes

• Full ownership of the result: on delivery and full payment, the source code is yours, with no licence to renew and no lock-in to our studio.
• A clean technical structure, readable by browsers, search engines and conversational assistants alike. We do not sell search marketing as a service: this technical quality is part of the price of the site.
• Careful rendering on phone, tablet and desktop, tested on real devices rather than in a simulator only.
• Written commitments on deadlines, confidentiality and data hosting inside the European Union.
